1. I on behalf of the team are registering for the race having briefed all my team participants on all the aspects of this indemnity and I am signing on their behalf with their full understanding.

2. I on behalf of the team confirm that all my members either belong to running clubs, recreational running groups,(and can provide proof of participation in 3 recreational running events in the last 1 year when required to especially in cases where my team is in one of the winning positions) or belong to corporates or are individuals who have come together to form the team and who do not have running as their core proffesion. I therefore confirm that non of my members is considered as an elite runner.

3. I on behalf of the team Indemnify and will keep indemnified the organiser against all costs, losses, Illness or damages arising from or in relation to my attendance at or participation in the event including the attendance or participation of any person in my care.

4. I on behalf of the team declare that all 6 of us are physically fit and have trained sufficiently to participate in and complete the Event.

5. I on behalf of the team certify that we are all 18 years or older, or that I am the parent/legal guardian of the participant/s who are under the age of 18 years, and I have read this document and fully understand it. As a parent or legal guardian, I agree to this Participant Agreement for and on behalf of the Participant.

6. I on behalf of the team consent to the free use our names, race results, images, voices, statements or otherwise, including the publication of our names and/or event results and applicable age brackets in marketing materials or on websites by the Organiser and/or the Event Sponsors in relation to the Event.

7. I confirm that I have shared this indemnity with the team and they fully understand its terms and conditions.

8. I confirm that I am aware and have informed the rest of the team members that the final decisions on all aspects of the run including but not limited to the right to participate in this relay and the determination of the winners in all categories lies at the sole discretion of the race organiser and that I am registering the team with their consent to proceed bearing this in mind.

9. I on behalf of the team confirm that we are responsible for all property we bring to the Event sites and acknowledge that Fitness With David the event owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to this property.

10. I on behalf of the team consent to the conduct of identity verification checks, background security checks and any other security checks (which may include inspecting our personal property) prior to our entry to and / or departure from any Events sites.

11. I on behalf of the team confirm that we shall abide by the Event rules and timelines, as varied from time to time, and will abide by directions given by Event Officials and accept that the Event Organiser has discretion to accept or decline an entry on whatever grounds at its discretion.

12. I on behalf of the team confirm that we the participants shall comply with the event's code of conduct and sustainability objectives. We shall make every effort to properly dispose of all products consumed during the race. Designated garbage bins will be positioned at various points along the course and venue.Our team accepts that we are obligated to dispose off used items, like cups and gels, in these bins

13. I on behalf of the team acknowledge that I have read this agreement, and I am signing and agreeing to the terms freely and voluntarily, and that we intend by our continuing with our participants registration to completely and unconditionally release Fitness With David and their sponsors, partners and support teams to the fullest extent allowed by law.
