- Have regular massage
- Stop the activity if there is pain.
B. Secondary prevention
Involves early diagnosis and treatment and should be acquired once an injury has occurred. This ensures that the injury proper care and recovering correctly, therefore limiting the concern for other medical problems to stem from the initial traumatic event.
C. Tertiary prevention
Focused on the rehabilitation to reduce and correct an existing disability resulting from the traumatic event.
