FWD NAIROBI 10 KM RUN (with a 21km and 5 km)

A 10K distance presents a good enough challenge for experienced runners to do a speed  run training  and is also short enough for beginners to challenge themselves to a run.

FWD presents  10km run on the famous FWD Vienna Loop and the Karen Suburbs

Run complete with Electronic Timing

The run shall include a half marathon and a 5 km run.

TIME:

21 kms-Assembly 6 am, start 6:30 am

10 kms-Assembly 6-40 am, start 7 am

5Kms-Assembly 6:45 am start 7:15 am
