I indemnify and will keep indemnified the Organiser against all costs, losses or damages arising from or in relation to my attendance at or participation in the Event including the attendance or participation of any person in my care. I declare that I am physically fit and have trained sufficiently to participate in and complete the Event. I consent to the free use of my name and pictures of me in any broadcast, telecast and print by the Organiser and/or the Event Sponsors in relation to the Event.The Race Director reserves the right, in his sole and absolute discretion, to award prizes and awards for the marathon race. This includes, but is not limited to, the determination of winners, the number of prizes or awards given, and the value of prizes or awards. The Race Director may also, at his discretion, modify or cancel any prizes or awards due to circumstances beyond the control of the race organizer. This includes, but is not limited to, a lack of eligible participants, or changes in sponsorship. By participating in this event, all participants acknowledge and agree that the final decision regarding all aspects of the awards and prizes rests solely with the Race Director.These awards only apply to recreational runners.The race director defines a recreational runner as someone who runs primarily for fitness, enjoyment, and overall well-being. This race is hosted to inspire recreational runners and for the purposes of awards the following is the criteria that will qualify one as a recreational runner eligible for awards
1.Runners who belong to a recreational runners club/group
2.Runners who have attended at least 3 runs organised by a recreational runners club/group in the last 11 months and that didn't have any awards
3.Runners starting out in their running journey
3.Races dont constitute the runs listed in number 2 above.
4.Cash awards will be issued after verification by the Race Director but within 4 weeks of the race completion
